Day 54






Good morning friends. I had a rough night last night. So much went on personally in my life that I had very little energy left to run/walk this morning. Considering that I just “began again” I decided to go to the track anyway. I walked a mile with no running and came back home. I used that walk to clear my head. I didn't even break a sweat but I did get my thoughts together.

I really have to reorganize some things in my life that are causing me unnecessary stress. If I don’t, I know it’s going to take a toll on my overall health. I have been doing so well exercising and eating right and I don’t want to allow other things to sabotage what I have been working so hard for. Life lessons come everyday. Today is no different. The only problem is I feel so drained. I will definitely get things together and hopefully will be back on “track” tomorrow.

Anyway, you know the old saying “At least I did something…”

  1. I'm glad you used the time to clear your head. Remember to not use it as a time to hide from your everyday life. Chin up, you did more than those that are sitting on the couch so good for you! Unnecessary stress is no good. Rid yourself of it so it doesn't hold you back in your own goals in life. Just remember, you have a crowd running and walking behind you rooting you on!
